I really like the Jack Wolfskin case. Above all, the ability to replace all components (wheels, handle, extension rods and edge protection corners) with standard tools is a huge plus for me and deserves 5 stars. The workmanship is very good and the quality of the product is excellent. The case complies with the IATA standard, although it is a little on the borderline. The large wheels roll excellently and are very quiet, even on uneven surfaces.
The sorting system inside and the top pockets for laptop and utensils are useful and good. However, I only award 4 stars here because if you put a 16 inch laptop in the laptop compartment, the case has a clear tendency to tip over because the center of gravity of the bag is outside the support.
The interior also only gets 4 stars because a very purist version has been chosen here. There is no lining on the plastic shell, as is the case with other suitcases in this price range.
All in all, a very good suitcase that accompanies me on business trips and short trips and has so far been a good replacement for my Deuter suitcase, which unfortunately could no longer be repaired after almost 10 years
