Everything was great, thank you very much. Super fast delivery, good product description, good packaging and goods. Good price-performance ratio. In the case of a return, the processing was also good. Only the registration of the return label is a bit cumbersome in my opinion (separate printout and email), it would be desirable to be able to fill out a form directly online.

I never received my product (suitcase)
The delivery was cancelled for some reason. It was a purchase for a trip for a specific date, I had a specific delivery date but the deadlines were not met and I no longer need the item. Honestly, this is very unprofessional. You pay 5 euros for a delivery but receive nothing.
I'm going to start the refund procedure.
