Claims

  • Do you have a claim?
    In the event of a claim, please reach out to our customer service team. Simply send an email to service@bags.co.uk, including a photo of the defective item and your order number, if available. This will help us quickly locate your order and provide the most efficient solution for you.
  • Did you receive your order defective or incomplete?

    Transport damage refers to any damage to your parcel caused by external factors, such as during transports other transit conditions.

    Our shipments are fully insured against transport damage and loss (theft). If your parcel arrives damaged or with missing contents, please inspect it immediately. Have the damage documented by the delivery person or at your local post office. If the post office does not provide a formal record, request written confirmation with the postal worker’s name, the address of the post office, and the time of inspection.

    Report any transport damage to our customer service as soon as possible, including your order or invoice number and photos of the damaged package and its contents. This will allow us to process your claim efficiently.
