  • How do I get into my customer account?
    To access your account, simply click on "my account" in the top right corner of our homepage. Then, enter your email address and password, and you're all set!
  • Forgot your password?
    There is also a quick solution for that. Just go on "forgot password" and set a new password.
  • How do I get a customer account?

    Signing up for a customer account is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

    1. Go to our website: On the homepage, locate the "My Account" or "Sign Up" button, usually found in the top right corner.

    2. Click "Create Account": This will take you to a registration form where you'll need to provide your information.

    3. Enter your details: Fill in your name, email address, and create a password. Make sure your password is secure.

    4. Complete the registration: After filling in your details, click "Submit" or "Register."

    5. Confirmation: You may receive an email to verify your account. Follow the instructions in the email to activate your account.

    Once your account is set up, you can log in anytime to track orders, save items, and enjoy a faster checkout process.

    You can also choose whether you want to order as a guest or with a customer account by setting a password during check-out process.
  • What can I see in my customer account?
    All of your orders and invoices are listet and you can also see the current status of your order.
