My order

  • What is the status of my order?
    To check the status of your order, simply log into your account, where you can view the most up-to-date information. If you don’t have an account, you won’t be able to track the order online, but rest assured, you’ll receive email updates for both order confirmation and shipment details.
  • Is it possible to cancel my order by myself?
    It is unfortunately not possible to cancel a order directly due to technical reasons. You just have to contact our customer service.
  • Can I change my order after the confirmation?
    It is not possible to change anything of the order after the confirmation.
